  • Housing Mold Design
  • Custom circuit board with LCD screen and variable power controls
  • Dual vacuum piston actuators, non-lubricated piston rings for FDA compliance with optimal material selection
  • Diaphragm pumps were also provided as concepts and review

*This project went up to the conceptual phase with 3D CAD models and mechanical calculation analysis. These concepts were used to further their design process and support the final manufactured product
